- Shipping your products to you as quickly as possible is a top priority at BallerToys. Due to the custom nature and fragile contents of many of the orders we ship, we work with a variety of shipping brokers and carriers to deliver your products safely and efficiently. On all orders over $99, unless otherwise indicated, we are proud to offer free shipping within the continental U.S. All other orders ship UPS, with our standard shipping method being UPS Ground. - Returns & Replacements
- All products sold on BallerToys are guaranteed against manufacturers defect and any damage that may arise during the shipping process. Unless otherwise noted, due to the made-to-order nature of many of our unique products, we cannot accept returns. Cancellations made within 1 hour of placement will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Ordering
- Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. You may view the items in your cart at any time in the my cart box at the top right of the BallerToys homepage.

- Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards. If you'd like to pay by check, your order must be placed by phone. After your order is placed, please send your check to:

- Viewing Orders
- If you registered with BallerToys before placing your order, you can view your order at any time by logging into your BallerToys account and clicking on the "My Orders" link on the My Account page. If you choose to checkout as a guest, you will receive an email confirmation after your order has been processed. All registered members will receive a confirmation email as well.
- Updating Account Information
- You may update your account information at any time by visiting the Account Dashboard on the My Account page
