The MartinBauer Billiards Tournament Table is a custom, hand-made, pool table available in 8’ and 9’ sizes. MartinBauer utilizes world-recognized quality components and materials as a minimum standard. With an exotic design and unlimited color choices, these tables define the space in which they are placed. Incorporating a “floating slate” concept, it was awarded a US Patent for its design in 2004. The purchase price includes matching MartinBauer Cue Stick Rack, which holds two sets of balls and eight cue sticks, one set of balls, triangle and two cue sticks. Depending on how custom the table becomes, delivery times can be expected in the 4 to 16 week range and “White Glove” delivery and set-up is included.

MartinBauer Billiards Tournament Tables are custom pool tables hand-made to meet your specifications with the finest materials available. The attention to detail, proportions and use of materials from around the world make this extraordinary pool table a major step above the rest.
Color selections are virtually unlimited. Choose from over 460 powder coat colors for the table finish. Then, coordinate a cloth, leather pocket, and lighting color to reflect your personality to match the game room décor, or in support of a favorite team, or even to match the Ferrari or Lamborghini in the garage. Some basic color options are shown to the left.
MartinBauer Billiards tables are created from materials and assemblies considered the finest in the world. Slate is one of the most important parts of any pool table and MartinBauer uses Carlo Giuffra Ardesie slate from Italy for it's geological properties including moister content and flexibility. The one-inch Giuffra slate qualities include pockets that are finished by hand, sections joined and matched perfectly for thickness and flatness, and a diamond gauged playing surface. This attention to detail and state-of-the-art fabrication is what makes Giuffra slate one of the most respected suppliers in the world.
Another material used on MartinBauer tables that sets them apart from the rest is the use of a new and unique lighting technology called Plexineon, from iLight Technologies. Plexineon is an LED-based lighting technology that has the appearance and brightness of neon. This system delivers a lifetime of uniform under-the-table lighting that creates an ambiance that heightens the visual senses in any room.
MartinBauer Billiards also uses Artemis K-66 rubber bumpers from Germany. These, the highest quality bumpers available, are desired for their medium speed and high accuracy performance. It is important to have responsive rebound action that will be consistent and reliable. When combined with the standard Ewan Simonis cloth of worsted wool, the result is a game of accuracy and speed. Other cloths can be specified, as well, for imprinting or custom patterns.

These can, however, be modified to fit your particular playing objective. A minimum room size of 14’x18’ will serve both sizes well.
